Why are these designer items discounted? Is there a catch?
No catch: the discounts come from the normal seasonal rotation of the boutiques we partner with. When collections change, past-season stock is marked down — the same authentic pieces that were on the shelf at full price a few months earlier. This is how the traditional Italian boutique system has always worked; we bring that stock online.
Are sale items new or pre-owned?
Brand new. We are not a resale or second-hand platform: sale items are unworn boutique stock in their original packaging. The only difference from a full-price item is the season it belongs to.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes in the United States?
No. Orders shipped to the US travel with duties and taxes already included: the price you see at checkout is the final price, and the courier will not ask you for anything at delivery.

Shipping to the United States is a $35 flat rate per order. We process orders in 2–3 days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within about a week. Every shipment is tracked and you receive the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a sale item, and how does the refund work?
Yes — sale items follow the same return policy as everything else. You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order; once we receive the package back, the refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method, with return shipping costs deducted.
