Return Policy
How to Return a Product:
To initiate a return, please follow this procedure:
- Send an email to info@wananluxury.com.
- In the subject field of the email, enter the wording "Return" followed by your specific order number.
Following this procedure will help us process your return efficiently and provide you with the necessary support throughout the process.
Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you all the necessary documentation and instructions, including a waybill to complete the return process correctly.
Return Conditions:
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The security thread of the items must be intact and unbroken.
- Products must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.
- All labels and seals must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging without signs of wear.
- Each returned item must include all accessories and the original packaging received with the order.
Refunds:
Once the return is verified, you will have the option to proceed with either a refund or a store credit. Please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted as follows:

Additionally, import duties/taxes are not refundable through WANAN
Important Note:
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.
- WANAN reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet all of the above conditions.
