Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Delivery of goods to P.O. boxes is not provided. Products sent to European Union countries will not contain an invoice detailing the value of the goods. Purchases sent to all countries outside the European Union will always be accompanied by an invoice with the total cost of the product.

DELIVERY TRACKING

When the product is shipped, the customer will receive an email that will allow the shipment to be tracked using a tracking number. In the event of delays due to customs controls, the customer will be informed by the courier handling the delivery or by our customer service. A registered user can directly check the status of his order by accessing the personal section of the site.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

To obtain a refund in case of lost package, damages, or discrepancies upon delivery, you must follow these simple rules:

  • Check that the package is intact and sealed, and that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the shipping document presented by the courier.
  • If the package is not perfectly intact, write "received with reservation of inspection" next to your signature on the shipping document presented by the courier.
  • If defects are visible, describe them in detail on the shipping document, for example, "the package has been opened," "2 items are missing," "there is a tear," etc. Document the damage with photos or videos, and keep the packaging as proof. Following this written notification, the courier must initiate an internal report and open a damage claim.
  • If the package is so damaged that the contents are likely affected, it is recommended to reject the goods, clearly stating "goods refused due to damaged package" on the shipping document. In this case, the package will be returned to the sender.
  • All declarations made about the condition of the package on the shipping document must also be countersigned by the courier with the shipping company's stamp.
  • If the courier refuses or is reluctant to allow "receipt with reservation" or to countersign the declarations, it is advised to refuse the delivery. At that point, you can contact the seller and explain the situation. The seller may then perform the necessary checks and arrange to send a new product, provide a voucher, or refund the purchase.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. The insurance will not accept any claims for compensation after this deadline.
  • Request all the documentation from the courier proving the damages, which must be sent to our email address at info@wananluxury.com along with the identity documents of the claimant, matching the name and surname on the shipping address.

Once the documentation is submitted to the seller, an internal investigation will be conducted. Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Without this procedure, the insurance will reject the claim, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

ORDER DELIVERY

When the goods arrive, we advise customers to check that the package has not been tampered with and is not damaged. In such cases, customers may sign for receipt with reservation or refuse delivery.

If any part of a purchase is missing from the package, the packaging should be retained for further inspection.

Any claim regarding missing, damaged or misdirected goods must be received by WANAN at c.service@wananluxury.com within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Customers placing an order on WANAN undertake to accept confirmation of the goods ordered. If a package is not delivered due to customer negligence (wrong address, recipient not available at the address, wrong phone number, etc.), OR if the customer refuses delivery, the costs will be charged to the customer and subtracted from any refund due. WANAN will only ship orders to the original delivery address.

ORDER CANCELLATION

WANAN offers customers the ability to cancel a purchase if an item has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service department promptly at c.service@wananluxury.com to cancel an order before it has been prepared for shipment.

PAYMENTS

Credit Cards: all transactions are encrypted, ensuring maximum data protection. WANAN does not record information about credit cards used by customers. The transaction will be processed instantly, provided there are sufficient funds on the card to purchase the product and the bank details are valid.

In order to ensure greater protection of purchases, WANAN recommends that its customers register for Verified By Visa or Mastercard Secure code services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make secure purchases.
