Return Policy

How to start a return

E-mail info@wananluxury.com with the word "Return" followed by your order number in the subject line. We reply with instructions and a waybill to attach to the parcel.

Return conditions

• Items can be returned within 14 days of the date you receive them.
• The security tag must be intact and unbroken.
• Products must not be washed, worn or altered.
• All labels and seals must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of wear, with all accessories received with the order.
• Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping cost is fixed by country of origin and is deducted from your refund:

Refunds

Within 14 days of your return arriving and being checked, we refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit with no expiry date. Original shipping costs, the optional Navidium shipping protection, and duties and taxes are not refundable, subject to the section for customers in Europe below. If a return does not meet the conditions above, we deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Customers in Europe

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), the UK, Switzerland or Ukraine, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and send them back within 14 days of telling us, also with a carrier of your choice at your own cost. We refund within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until we receive the items or proof of their return). If you withdraw from the whole order we also refund the standard delivery cost; the extra cost of a faster option and, for a partial withdrawal, delivery costs are not refunded, and the shipping protection is never refunded. If items come back with diminished value because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example security tag removed, worn or damaged), the return remains valid and we deduct the loss in value. Authenticity

A doubt about authenticity is not a return: write to us with your order number and photos, leaving the item intact, and we arrange an appraisal by an independent authenticator, as described on our Authenticity page. This is not limited to the 14-day return window.
