Return Conditions:

• Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The security thread of the items must be intact and unbroken.
• Products must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.
• All labels and seals must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging without signs of wear.
• Each returned item must include all accessories and the original packaging received with the order.

Custom-made Products:

Custom-made items cannot be returned.

How to Return a Product:

1. Send a return request to info@wananluxury.com indicating the order number and the item you wish to return.
2. You'll receive via email the documents to be affixed to the package.
3. Ship the package from the same country the order was delivered to, using the label provided in the authorization email.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be charged as follows:
   • Australia: 50 AUD
   • Hong Kong: 300 HKD
   • Japan: ¥4,000
   • Europe: 30 €
   • United Kingdom: £30
   • United States of America: 35$
   • Rest of the world: 50 €
5. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds:

Once the return is verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding return shipping costs and import duties/taxes.
Note: Import duties/taxes are non-refundable through WANAN.

Important Note:

WANAN reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet all of the above conditions.
