What Wanan Luxury is

Wanan Luxury is an online concept store for luxury fashion, built by a team that came out of the luxury and fashion industry rather than out of retail software. The idea it started from is simple and slightly unfashionable: that luxury should be reachable without ceremony — that if you like something, you should be able to buy it, now, without an appointment, a waiting list or a flight to another city.

The catalogue covers 578 designer brands and more than 60,000 products, across womenswear, menswear, shoes, bags and accessories. You will find the names you would expect from a luxury department store — Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta — alongside labels that are harder to find outside Italy.

How we work

We are a multi-brand retailer, not a marketplace. That distinction has a practical consequence for you: when you place an order, your contract is with us. There is no third-party seller in the middle, no separate return address per item, and no ambiguity about who answers when something goes wrong. Shipping, returns and refunds are handled by the same company that took the order.

Our stock is largely single-piece. When a size shows as available on a product page, it is usually the one garment we hold in that size — which is why items disappear quickly and why we would rather help you choose the right size before you order than process a return afterwards.

Authenticity and provenance

Everything we sell is new, authentic and from the current or a recent season. We do not deal in pre-owned goods, vintage resale or unbranded stock. Most of our labels are Italian, which is why our sizing is Italian. Items arrive with their original packaging, tags and security seals intact — the seal has to be unbroken for a return to be accepted.

If you ever doubt an item, we arrange an appraisal with an independent authenticator: the judgement does not come from us. If the appraisal finds the item is not authentic, its cost is ours and you are refunded in full, shipping included; if it confirms the item is authentic, the cost is borne by whoever requested it. Where we ship and how

This store ships internationally by express courier, with a flat shipping rate per destination and delivery in three to seven business days depending on where you are. Published rates cover the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, China and Thailand; for any other destination the cost is quoted at checkout.
