When you write about an existing order, please include the order number: it lets us answer with something useful the first time, instead of asking you for it.
When we reply
Customer care is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time — that is roughly 3:00 to 12:00 in New York and midnight to 9:00 in Los Angeles. We are based in Rome, so a message sent during the American afternoon is normally answered the following morning. We reply in English and in Italian.
