Yes, you can track your package using the tracking link you’ll receive once the courier picks up the order. Or you can track your order from this page: https://us.wananluxury.com/apps/track123. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If your order is shipped from different warehouses to speed up delivery, you may receive separate tracking numbers. In such cases, the second tracking number might be sent up to 24 hours later.

If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong product or completed your order by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours via email at info@wananluxury.com or through WhatsApp at +39 353 438 6115. Our Customer Service team will check if your cancellation request can be accommodated.
For faster processing, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and include “Cancellation” followed by your order number in the email subject line.
Please be aware that our Customer Service is unavailable on weekends and public holidays. Therefore, any cancellation requests made during those times will be addressed on the next business day.

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and original. They undergo strict quality checks before shipping. Additionally, our products come with the brand’s original tags and certificates of authenticity (if available). We source only from authorized suppliers.

You can apply a promotional code during checkout on wananluxury.com. Enter it on the payment page before finalizing your order. Please note that promo codes may have validity periods, usage limits, exclusions, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code and that it is entered correctly, including any special characters and case sensitivity.

Shipping protection safeguards your package against loss and theft. It is added by default but can be removed at checkout. Please note that opting out of this protection increases the risk of lost packages, and we won’t be able to guarantee a refund if the courier loses your package.

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow this procedure: 

  1. Send an email to info@wananluxury.com. 
  2. In the subject line, write "Return" followed by your order number. 
  3. In the email body, specify a business day when the courier can collect the package. 

Following this procedure will help us process your return efficiently and provide you with the necessary support throughout the process. 

Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you all the necessary documentation and instructions, including a waybill to complete the return process correctly.

After we receive your return, our Customer Service team will contact you. 

For orders within Italy, you can choose between a refund, size/product exchange, or a discount code equal to the value of the returned product.

Yes, you can. We will create the new order ourselves to expedite the process and provide better assistance.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, within 14 days of receiving the returned package, using the same payment method as your original order.

If you paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we can refund you via bank transfer. Please provide the account holder's name and IBAN to our Customer Service when requesting the return.

Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.

Please promptly and accurately report any issues to our Customer Service, as failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the return.

In this case, we recommend checking with your neighbors or nearby businesses. If you still can’t locate your package, please contact the courier service and file a claim. We can also assist in opening an investigation to track down the package if needed.
