model designed by kiko kostadinov studio and the asics sportstyle development team. the soft textures are combined with artisanal elements typical of iconic works of art. by creating matte and washed color shades, the design team managed to enhance the conventional shape and structure of the running shoe.
in contrast to the grid patterns and bright colors with a matte finish, the variations inspired by functional utopia have direct correlations with nature. the primary colors with a glossy finish are combined with metal structures that accentuate the double-layer lattice workmanship.
