Wanan Luxury – Buyer Program Terms

The Wanan Luxury Buyer Program is designed for selected clients who regularly purchase from our marketplace and wish to benefit from dedicated conditions.

By participating in the Buyer Program, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Buyer Discount
Members of the Buyer Program are entitled to a 10% discount on all purchases made through their account using their personal buyer code.

2. Buyer Tier Upgrade
Once a Buyer reaches a cumulative purchase amount of $20,000, they may contact our team to request an upgrade to the Premium Buyer Tier, which grants a 15% discount on future purchases.

3. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made using the Buyer Program discount are considered final sales. Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity verified by our team.

4. Shipping and Heavy Item Supplement
Standard shipping conditions apply to all orders.

For logistical and carrier cost reasons, orders containing heavy items may incur an additional shipping supplement.
A $35 heavy handling surcharge applies for every 3 heavy items included in the same shipment.

This supplement is automatically calculated based on the weight and number of heavy products included in the order.

5. Program Integrity
Wanan Luxury reserves the right to revoke Buyer Program access in the event of misuse, abuse of return policies, fraudulent activity, or violation of marketplace terms.

6. Program Modifications
Wanan Luxury reserves the right to modify the Buyer Program conditions at any time to reflect operational or commercial updates.

Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms.
