Where our products come from

Wanan Luxury is a multi-brand retailer, not a marketplace. We buy stock from authorized suppliers — Italian boutiques and official retail partners — and we sell it to you directly: your contract is with us, there is no third-party seller in the middle, no separate return address per item, and no ambiguity about who answers when something goes wrong. Nothing in the catalogue comes from resale, unverified wholesalers or «outlet-only» production runs.

Our stock is largely single-piece: when a size shows as available, it is usually the one garment we hold in that size. That is a direct consequence of buying real boutique stock rather than bulk merchandise, and it is also why items disappear quickly. The catalogue covers 578 designer brands and more than 60,000 products across womenswear, menswear, shoes, bags and accessories — you can browse every label on our brands page.

What you can buy, and what it costs

The catalogue covers 578 designer brands and more than 60,000 products. Measured across a sample of 4,000 items in September 2026, the median price is $385: about a third of the catalogue is under $300, six items in ten are under $500, and roughly one in seven is above $1,000. Around 85% of items carry a reduced price against their full retail price, with a median reduction of 25% — the current selection is in the designer sale.

Everything ships from Italy for a $35 flat rate, arrives in 3–5 business days with duties and taxes already included, and can be returned within 14 days — the conditions are on orders and shipping and in the return policy.

What arrives with your order

Every parcel contains the item exactly as it left the boutique: original tags attached, the security seal intact, and the original branded packaging — box, dust bag or garment bag, depending on the item. Where the brand issues a certificate or card of authenticity, it travels with the product.

Keep the seal unbroken until you are sure you are keeping the item: an intact security thread, unremoved tags and original packaging are also the conditions for a return to be accepted, as set out in our return policy.

How to tell whether a luxury site is trustworthy

These are the checks worth running on any online luxury retailer before you order — and what you can verify about us in each case.

• Is it a retailer or a marketplace? On a marketplace you buy from a third-party seller whose sourcing you cannot check. We are the retailer and the seller of record for every order.
• Does it say where the goods come from? Vague wording usually hides parallel-market sourcing. We buy from authorized suppliers only, and we sell new stock, never pre-owned.
• Are the reviews collected after delivery, and are the negative ones published? Ours are requested from customers who actually received an order, and they are published in full — critical ones included — on our reviews page: 4.7 out of 5 across 2,722 verified reviews.
• Are returns, refunds and costs written down before you buy? Ours are: 14 days from delivery to request a return, refund within 14 days of the item reaching us, return shipping deducted ($45 from the United States). The full conditions are on the return policy and in our FAQs.
• Is the payment handled by a proper gateway? Card details should never be stored by the shop. Ours are not: payments run through an encrypted gateway, with PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna also available. See payments.

How to check an item you have received

Whoever you buy from, these are the checks that take two minutes and settle most doubts about a luxury purchase.

• Tags and seal. A new luxury item arrives with its brand tags still attached and the security seal unbroken. Tags that have been cut off, reattached or replaced with generic ones are the single most common warning sign.
• Labels and codes. Interior labels, serial or model codes and care labels should be cleanly printed or stitched, correctly spelled, and consistent with the model as shown on the brand's own website. Blurred printing and misspellings are not manufacturing tolerances.
• Stitching and hardware. Seams should be even and straight, with no loose threads; zips, buckles and clasps should feel heavy for their size, move smoothly and carry the brand marking where the brand normally applies it.
• Packaging. Boxes, dust bags and care cards are part of the product. Missing or mismatched packaging on an item sold as new deserves an explanation from the seller.
• The price. Genuine past-season stock is discounted; it is not given away. A price far below what every authorized retailer is asking for the same model is the clearest signal that something is wrong.
• How you were asked to pay. Traceable methods — card, PayPal — leave you a recourse. A seller who insists on a bank transfer or an off-platform payment is removing it.

If a check does not add up on something you bought from us, stop there and contact us before wearing or removing anything from the item: the fastest resolution starts with the packaging intact.

If you ever doubt an item you received

Write to info@wananluxury.com or use the contact page with your order number and photographs of the item, its tags and its packaging. Leave the item as it is — tags attached, seal unbroken, original packaging — because that is what an examination starts from.

If the doubt is not resolved by those photographs, we arrange an appraisal with an independent authenticator: the judgement comes from a third party, not from us.

• If the appraisal finds the item is not authentic, the appraisal is at our expense and you are refunded in full — the item and the shipping you paid — at no cost to you.
• If the appraisal confirms the item is authentic, its cost is borne by whoever requested it; the item stays yours, and the ordinary return terms still apply if you are within the return window.
• There is no 14-day limit on an authenticity claim. Changing your mind is a return, and that has a 14-day window; authenticity is a matter of the goods not being what they were sold as, and we accept those claims after the return window has closed.

Separately from all this, the ordinary return remains available for any reason within 14 days from delivery: once the item is back with us the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days, with return shipping deducted; shipping and shipping-protection fees are not refundable.
